I will send you a link to set up your TherapyNotes account. You will review and complete required assessment documentation.
The first appointment will focus on reviewing required documentation, confirming frequency of session, exploring reasons for seeking therapy and building a good therapeutic relationship.
We will meet 1-2x/week or 1-2x/mo based on your needs. I will provide access to our digital wellness library that will support your ongoing treatment. You may have tasks to practice in between sessions. You may take notes during your sessions and review them as needed. The goal is to make sure you are getting your needs met and feel that you are making progress.
